What is Distance Business Programme (d-Biz)? 

什麼是「遙距營商計劃」？

 

The d-Biz programme is the part of the Anti-Epidemic Fund launched by the Innovation and Technology Bureau, commissioned to the Innovation and Technology Commission with The Hong Kong Productivity Council appointed as the Secretariat. 

由創新及科技局策劃，創新科技署執行，香港生產力促進局擔任秘書處，「遙距營商計劃」為第二輪「防疫抗疫基金」資助合資格企業利用資訊科技方案，在疫情期間繼續營運和提供服務。

Can I apply for the d-Biz for my business? 

我可以為我的業務申請「遙距營商計劃」嗎？

 

You will be eligible to apply for the d-Biz programme if your enterprise is a private enterprises (except listed companies, statutory bodies and NGOs funded by the Government).

只要是私營企業，除了上市公司、法定機構和接受公帑資助的非政府機構外，便符合資格申請「遙距營商計劃」資助。

 

N.B.: Qualified enterprise must have valid Business Registration Certificate with business commenced before 1 January 2020 and have substantive business operation in the related industry at the time of application.

註：合資格公司須要持有有效的商業登記證，及在2020年1月1日前已經開業，並於提交申請時仍在相關行業有實質業務。

How much will I my business be funded? 

我的企業將獲得多少資助金額？

 

Each qualified enterprise shall be entitled to no more than HK$ 300,000 from the d-Biz programme, a maximum of HK$100,000 shall be awarded for each qualified d-Biz solutions project including a maximum of 10% expenditure for training related expenses.

每個合資格「遙距營商計劃」最高可獲方案連同相關培訓（上限為該科技方案的 10%）開支 10 萬港元的資助，而每間合資格企業可獲最多 30 萬港元。

When will the funds reach me? 

我將會何時收到資助？

 

An initial payment of 30% of the approved funding amount is payable to a designated bank account after the application has been approved.

資助金額首30％，將於申請獲批後存入指定銀行帳戶。

Can I apply now for my business?

我現在可以為我的業務申請嗎？

 

The d-Biz programme will accept only online applications for a period of 6 months, applications will be open from 18 May to 31 October 2020.

「遙距營商計劃」僅接受 6 個月的在線申請，將於 2020 年 5 月 18 日至 2020 年 10 月 31 日接受申請。

What is the funding scope?

資金資助範圍包括什麼？

 

The d-Biz programme funding scope will be applicable for the following 12 main types of IT solutions to support the operations of remote business: 

資助適用於資訊科技方案，主要涵蓋12種支援遙距營商：

  2. Online order taking & delivery, smart self-service system / 網上接單和送遞、智能自助服務系統

  3. Online customer services & engagement / 網上客戶服務和推廣

  4. Digital customer experience enhancement / 客戶數碼體驗升級

  5. Digital payment / mobile POS / 數碼支付 / 流動裝置零售管理系統

  6. Online / cloud based Financial management system / 線上 / 雲端財務管理系統

  7. Online / cloud based Human resources management system / 線上 / 雲端人力資源管理系統

  8. Remote document management and cloud storage and remote access services / 遙距文件管理、雲端儲存及遠端存取服務

  9. Virtual meeting & conference tool / 網上會議工具

  10. Virtual team management & communications / 虛擬團隊管理和溝通
